PROJECTS NEAR YOU

While at PennDOT, I led the Projects Near You social media campaign with the goal of better informing our audience of current construction projects across Pennsylvania. The posts linked to our website, where our audience could find more information on the projects. This series ran on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter and averaged around 20,000 impressions per post on Facebook.

The Pennsylvania Medical Society (PAMED) participates in the AMA's Your Care is at Our Core campaign, which was created to elevate the message of what drives physicians: trust, empathy, compassion, and time caring and fighting for their patients. In my work on the campaign, I continuously seek new and innovative ways to spread the campaign messaging. In August 2025, the AMA recognized PAMED as having the most engagement of any participating state medical society to date.

CUSTOMER CARE CENTER

While at PennDOT, I overhauled our existing Customer Care Center (CCC) social posts. The goal was to capitalize on current social trends to encourage our audience to utilize the online CCC for any state roadway concerns. Our "how potholes form vs. how to get potholes fixed" post was our best performing post with over 350,000 views, and it resulted in a measurable increase in reports to our online CCC.
